Cleaning services for railway stations, stops and railway buildings

Summary

The procurement covers regular cleaning at Správa železnic railway stations and stops, as well as its operational and administrative buildings, divided into 14 lots. The work includes indoor areas that are both open and closed to the public, and outdoor areas. The service must take account of the contracting authority’s operational needs and cleaning requirements that may change during the contract. The estimated total value of the lots is CZK 2,715,000,000. Depending on the lot, the contracts are planned to run during 2027–2031. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 7 October 2026. The award criteria allocate 80% to price, 4% to dispatch services, 6% to the help desk, and 10% to the provision and organisation of cleaning services.
