Reconstruction of the Žatec Cultural Centre and Apartment Building

Summary

The tender covers the reconstruction of three parts of the former garrison building in Žatec: parts A and C will become a cultural and creative centre, while part B will become an apartment building. The works include construction alterations for the buildings’ change of use and the preservation and restoration of historically valuable structures and details; the cinema extension in the courtyard will be demolished. The site is in a heritage conservation area, and the procurement is not divided into lots. The estimated value is CZK 159,371,543.
