Universal Airport Cleaning Vehicle
Summary
The contract is for the supply of one universal airport cleaning vehicle, built on a new, series-produced 4×4 heavy-vehicle chassis and equipped with a snowplough, rotary brush and high-pressure air blower for airport cleaning. It must clean runways, taxiways, aprons, aircraft parking areas and roads of dirt, debris and snow, and operate at temperatures from –35°C to +40°C. The procurement is not divided into lots. The tenderer must offer a vehicle meeting the technical specification, together with the required equipment, documentation and diagnostic tools. The base engine must meet the Euro VI E emissions standard and the equipment auxiliary engine must meet at least Stage V. Key technical requirements include base-engine power of at least 200 kW, auxiliary-engine power of at least 250 kW and a turning-circle diameter of no more than 24 m, as well as performance requirements for the plough, brush and blower. At delivery, the vehicle must be no more than one year old. Its model must have been series-produced and marketed for at least two years, or the tenderer must demonstrate that at least three comparable vehicles are operating at EU airports. The offer must include the European Single Procurement Document and remain valid for at least 180 days. The successful tenderer must provide the required warranties and service support, deliver technical documentation and diagnostic tools, and train up to 15 drivers and up to 10 staff responsible for maintenance and operation.
