Supply and installation of ICT equipment for schools in the Crete region

Summary

The tender covers the supply and installation of ICT equipment in schools in the Crete region to support the use of digital technology in teaching. Bidders may tender for one or both lots, but must offer all equipment and quantities in each lot they choose; partial or alternative bids are not accepted. - Lot 1: Heraklion – 225 laptops, 73 large computer laboratories and 34 interactive early-years education devices. Estimated value: EUR 1,325,637.10 excluding VAT. - Lot 2: Chania, Rethymno and Lasithi – 247 laptops, 90 large computer laboratories, 2 small VR laboratories and 39 interactive early-years education devices. Estimated value: EUR 1,609,790.32 excluding VAT. The equipment must be delivered and installed at schools in accordance with the technical requirements in the tender documents. The contract runs for 12 months from signature, and deliveries must take account of school opening hours. The bid submission deadline is 21 October 2026 at 11:30. A bid guarantee is required: EUR 26,500 for Lot 1 and EUR 32,000 for Lot 2.
