Maintenance and technical support for Democritus University of Thrace facilities and outdoor areas

Democritus University of Thrace is procuring, in three lots, maintenance and technical and operational support services for its buildings, technical systems and outdoor areas. The work includes, among other things, building, electrical and mechanical, plumbing and electronic installations. The lots cover Komotini; Xanthi, Kavala and Drama; and Alexandroupoli, Orestiada and Didymoteicho. The total estimated value is EUR 4,305,484.02. The initial contract term is two years, with an option to extend it for a further two years. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the lowest price. Bidders must demonstrate the required economic and financial capacity, relevant experience maintaining buildings, adequate specialist staffing and the required management-system certifications.
