Modernisation of signalling and telecommunications on the Hradec Králové–Týniště nad Orlicí railway section and equipment for the new hall of the Prague central dispatch centre

Summary

The procurement covers construction of signalling and telecommunications systems on the Hradec Králové–Týniště nad Orlicí railway section, as well as equipping the new hall of the Prague central dispatch centre in connection with modernisation of the Kanín junction–Chlumec nad Cidlinou section. The contractor must also provide cooperation and support so the contracting authority can later connect equipment supplied by other manufacturers or contractors. Bids must be submitted electronically by 21 October 2026 at 13:00 and remain valid for nine months. The maximum total bid price is CZK 894,593,796 excluding VAT; bids above this ceiling will be rejected. A tender guarantee of CZK 12 million is required. Price is the sole award criterion, and the assessed total price includes both the construction price and the price for 280 man-days under the cooperation agreement.
