Eculizumab for rare neurological diseases

Summary

The procurement is for the supply of eculizumab 300 mg for rare neurological diseases. A 36-month framework agreement will be concluded with up to three suppliers. The maximum framework quantity is 8,100 vials, with a minimum quantity of 1 vial; each order placed under the agreement may be for 1 to 30 vials. The framework agreement has a maximum value of RON 128,835,117. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the lowest price. Bidders must demonstrate that they are authorised to market the medicine and provide its marketing authorisation and a wholesale medicines distribution authorisation. Legal registration and ISO 9001:2015 certification or an equivalent are also required. The bid must include the European Single Procurement Document; bidders ranked in the top three will subsequently be asked for supporting evidence.
