Supply of a hybrid snow groomer and three automatic snowmaking guns for FOTE 2027

Summary

The procurement comprises two lots in Predeal for sports facilities needed for the FOTE 2027 competitions. Lot 1 covers one diesel-electric hybrid snow groomer for the Clăbucet ski area. Lot 2 covers three mobile automatic snowmaking guns for the Valea Râșnoavei cross-country skiing and biathlon complex, each fitted with its own water pump. The supplier must transport and deliver the equipment, unload, install and configure it, test and commission it, train the contracting authority’s staff, provide technical documentation, and provide warranty, maintenance and technical support. Each lot has a planned duration of four months. The estimated total value is RON 4,132,231.41 excluding VAT. The bidder must demonstrate legal registration and supply experience with similar products during the preceding three years: at least RON 3,000,000 for Lot 1 and RON 900,000 for Lot 2, in each case across no more than three contracts. Price accounts for 85 award points, warranty for 5, and delivery, installation and commissioning time for 10. The minimum warranty is 24 months; a warranty of 36 months or more earns the maximum warranty score. No tender guarantee is required, but the performance guarantee is 10% of the contract value excluding VAT. The main supply activity may not be subcontracted.
