GENOP-AF drainage works – extension of the dynamic purchasing system until 2040

Summary

The procurement extends the dynamic purchasing system for drainage works associated with road maintenance until 2040. The work comprises smaller tasks involving drainage infrastructure throughout Denmark, primarily cleaning existing ponds, ditches and similar facilities, as well as other works connected with restoration activities or new construction. The estimated total value is DKK 200 million, including contracts already awarded. Companies already admitted to the system remain admitted and do not need to apply again; requests for specific bids will be issued to companies admitted to the system. Applicants may be able to operate nationwide or only locally. Applicants must demonstrate experience in earthworks or drainage works during the past five years and submit the required references and other evidence. Applications may be submitted in Danish, English, Norwegian or Swedish, but bids must be in Danish. Price is the sole award criterion for individual contracts.
