Medicine framework agreements – Amgros 2027 1.1212.a

Summary

The tender concerns non-exclusive framework agreements for the medicines specified in the individual lots. Amgros I/S, acting on behalf of Denmark’s five regions, intends to supply regional hospital pharmacies and may also resell the medicines to the Faroe Islands and Greenland. The framework agreements do not require purchases, and the regional hospital pharmacies are not obliged to use them.
