Supply and installation of ICT equipment in schools in the Attica region

Summary

The procurement covers information and communications technology equipment and, where required, its installation in computer laboratories at general and vocational upper-secondary schools in the Attica region. It includes 178 small computer-lab sets, each comprising 7 computers, a server, an A4 monochrome multifunction printer and 7 headsets; 361 large sets, each comprising 12 computers, a server, an A4 monochrome multifunction printer and 12 headsets; and 10 small virtual-reality sets, each comprising 8 VR headsets. The equipment must be delivered to the schools and installed where required by the technical specifications. The procurement is divided into three lots, with estimated values excluding VAT of EUR 2,169,387.10, EUR 2,179,919.35 and EUR 2,175,991.94 respectively. A bidder may tender for one or more lots, but must offer all required equipment and quantities for each lot tendered; partial and alternative bids are not accepted. The contract runs for 12 months. Bids are evaluated on the basis of the best price-quality ratio; technical features may receive additional points when they exceed requirements. Bidders must meet business-registration, turnover and previous-experience requirements, and provide a EUR 43,000 tender guarantee per lot. The submission deadline is 22 October 2026 at 11:30.
