Comprehensive renovation of the 500 m³ water tower in Kapuvár

Summary

The procurement covers the comprehensive renovation of the 500 m³ reinforced-concrete drinking-water tower in Kapuvár. The works include, among other things, removing 27 existing windows and doors, installing 31 new ones, smoothing 1,102.6 m² of interior surfaces, installing 19 dust- and moisture-resistant lights with three-hour batteries, and renewing structural, mechanical, electrical, control-system and utility works. The exterior façade coating must also be renewed and decorative LED level-indicator lighting installed. The works must be completed within 180 days after handover of the site. The bidder must demonstrate experience in constructing, renovating or reconstructing an above-ground reinforced-concrete structure suitable for storing at least 350 m³ of drinking water, and provide a construction-management specialist with the required qualifications. A HUF 2,000,000 tender guarantee must accompany the bid. Bids must be submitted electronically in Hungarian. Price accounts for 70% of the evaluation; the remaining points are allocated to the specialist’s relevant additional experience, the bidder’s own-work share and additional warranty. The basic warranty is 12 months, with up to 36 additional months taken into account in the evaluation.
