Conversion of the former Náměstí school building into apartments and a library

Summary

The tender covers the comprehensive reconstruction of the former Náměstí school building’s extension in Kopřivnice as an apartment building and the conversion of the school building into a municipal library, including facilities for visitors and staff and spaces for cultural, educational and leisure activities. Price is the only award criterion, and the lowest-priced tender excluding VAT will win. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 10 November 2026 at 10:00 and remain valid for six months.
