Collection, transport and pre-treatment of separately collected waste in Ivanovo Municipality

Summary

The contract covers the collection and transport of separately collected paper, cardboard, metal, plastic and glass from all settlements in Ivanovo Municipality to a sorting and recovery site. The contractor must pre-treat the waste, transport the non-recoverable fraction to the regional landfill in Ruse, and hand over recoverable fractions to authorized operators. The planned contract term is 24 months and the estimated value is EUR 33,074.40. Price is the sole award criterion, with bids compared on the sum of unit prices. Bidders must demonstrate the required waste-management permits and registrations, at least one similar service completed in the past three years, a compliant refuse collection vehicle and the right to use a sorting site, as well as ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certificates or equivalent measures. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 3% of the contract value excluding VAT.
