Supply and installation of photovoltaic panels

Summary

The tender covers the supply, installation and commissioning of two photovoltaic self-consumption systems for wastewater pumping stations in Marinha Grande. Each site requires three 585 W monocrystalline photovoltaic panels and three microinverters, with supporting structures, electrical cabling and protective and disconnect devices, connected to the existing electrical panel. The work also includes installing an energy meter, testing and commissioning the systems, issuing the required responsibility certificate, training local staff and providing as-built drawings. Installation must be completed within 20 days after notification that the qualification documents have been accepted. The base price is EUR 24,728.35 excluding VAT, and price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically in Portuguese; partial bids and variants are not permitted.
