Summary

The tender aims to establish a framework agreement for the construction of permanent LSS group housing. Suppliers are expected to develop, adapt and quality-assure concepts in accordance with the framework agreement requirements. Initial investments will cover design, technical solutions, calculations, documentation and production preparations. The framework agreement will involve multiple suppliers and call-offs will be issued progressively to meet the needs across Sweden. The framework agreement period is up to six years.
