Consultancy and expert services for implementation of the ExpertRARE project

Summary

The contract covers consultancy, methodological and operational support, economic and financial expertise, and medical technical expertise for implementation of the ExpertRARE project. The work includes coordinating seven project partners; planning activities and managing risks; monitoring and reporting progress and indicators; supporting project data management in MySMIS2021; assisting with financial documentation and payment claims; and providing expertise in medical genetics and rare diseases. It also covers developing working tools and training programmes, supporting the ExpertRARE digital hub, maintaining document quality and archives, and liaising with the funder and oversight bodies. The medical expertise is advisory and does not constitute individual medical care or formal accreditation. The estimated value is RON 3,065,943. Services will be delivered remotely and in person in Bucharest, at partner locations and online; the working language is Romanian. The services will continue until the project ends, currently scheduled for 26 June 2028. The bid must include a team of five key experts and the required qualification and experience evidence. Bids are evaluated on price, methodology, work plan, quality management, resource organisation and the key experts’ specific experience. The bid must remain valid for at least 120 days.
