Specialised passenger road transport services

Summary

The procurement covers specialised passenger road transport services with a driver, divided into seven lots. Trips will start from Pitesti, Cluj-Napoca, Oradea, Bucharest, Poiana Brasov, Focsani, and Otopeni and Izvorani, and go to destinations requested in Romania or abroad. Lots 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 require minibuses, coaches and 8+1 vehicles; lots 4 and 7 also include passenger cars. The planned framework agreement term is 36 months. The technical proposal must provide six vehicles for lots 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6, and eight vehicles for lots 4 and 7; the minimum emissions standard is Euro 5. Price accounts for up to 90 points and vehicle environmental performance for up to 10 points; Euro 6, electric and hybrid vehicles earn additional points. Bids must be submitted electronically by 3 November 2026 at 15:00. Bidders may participate in up to all seven lots; no tender guarantee is required.
