Summary

The tender concerns the design and construction of the Bredegaard complex in Fredensborg as a single integrated project. The works include building 20 new dwellings and renovating and converting five existing residential wings to provide 40 upgraded dwellings in total, as well as a partial canopy along the main street, a lift, and light modernisation of the administration and day-care areas.
