Building and Repair Works 2026

Summary

The procurement covers framework agreements for repair and building works in the Stockholm region across five areas: building services, glazing, blinds and awnings, ventilation and refrigeration, and ground and garden works. The planned framework period runs from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2028. There are five lots; a tenderer may submit bids for up to four lots but may be awarded a contract for no more than one lot. The framework for Lot 1 will have up to one contractor, while the other lots will have up to four contractors each. Bids must be submitted electronically by 23:59 on 2 November 2026.
