Maintenance and Improvement of the Electronic Fishing Journals System

Summary

The contract concerns maintenance and improvement services for the Electronic Fishing Journals System (vCatch). The supplier will provide software updates (functional and technical), bug fixes with defined response times (critical issues within 2 hours, non-critical within 8 hours), consultancy and user/support documentation in Lithuanian and English, and user and administrator training (minimum 8 academic hours per contract term, up to 20 customer employees). The contract includes support for integration with other systems as needed and establishes a program for a software update fund to finance upgrades. Updates are limited to a maximum of two per calendar year, and training and support will be delivered according to an agreed schedule.
