Facade repair works on the 22nd floor of the Vilnius TV Tower

Summary

The tender concerns repair works to the facade on the 22nd floor of the Vilnius TV Tower, a cultural heritage site, at an altitude of 178.75 m. The contractor must arrange lifting equipment, prepare a construction technology plan, remove the existing copper-sheet facade and damaged brickwork, rebuild approximately 31.25 m³ of masonry, install hydrophobic treatment and a diffusion membrane, construct an aluminium profile frame, install approximately 125 m² of facade sheet, flashings, a raised handrail and new external metal doors. The works also include waste sorting, lawful transfer of waste, use of EU-compliant materials and measures to limit dust, noise and pollution.
