Servicing, maintenance and updates for the Laboratory Information System (LIS) and Serological Information System, including Blood Bank support

Summary

The tender concerns a 36-month contract for servicing, maintaining and updating the Laboratory Information System (LIS) and the Serological Information System, including Blood Bank support. The service is intended for the laboratory diagnostics unit of the public healthcare provider in Lubartow. The bidder must provide at least two qualified people to ensure continuous support. One must have at least two years of relevant experience with LIS, serology or Blood Bank systems, including fault diagnosis and software updates. One must have at least two years of experience integrating medical information systems, including LIS integration with a hospital information system or equivalent, HL7 or an equivalent data-exchange standard, and integration with analysers or other diagnostic devices. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 24 September 2026. Price is the only award criterion, with a weighting of 100%. No bid guarantee or performance security is required. The successful bidder must maintain the required liability insurance, ensure that directly related work is performed by employees under employment contracts, and comply with national cybersecurity requirements for the ICT products, services and processes used.
