Learning Management System for the European Raw Materials Academy and the European Advanced Materials Academy

Summary

The procurement concerns the development, deployment and operation of a Learning Management System (LMS) for the European Raw Materials Academy (RMA) and the European Advanced Materials Academy (AMA). The contractor shall provide a cloud-hosted LMS hosting the academies’ training content, tracking enrollments and completions, issuing certificates, exposing course metadata to a unified catalogue via an API, and integrating with third-party platforms. The objective is to train at least 300,000 learners (100,000 RMA, 200,000 AMA) and manage 200,000–300,000 tokens over the contract term, using a token-based pricing model. Implementation should be delivered in iterative sprints, with SCORM support, EU hosting, GDPR compliance, and ongoing support and maintenance.
