Energy supply for road mobility for the entire ULiège vehicle fleet

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of energy for the entire Université de Liège vehicle fleet through fuel cards and their management system. The contractor must provide the cards and secret codes and grant access to the management system by 15 January 2027 at the latest, activate the cards at midnight on 1 February 2027, and replace or renew a card within 10 calendar days of the order. The related code must be sent in a separate letter no later than the working day following receipt of the card. The contract will run for 24 months and may be renewed once for a further 24 months. The award criterion is the economic total cost, namely the total inventory amount, and the framework agreement has a maximum value of EUR 625,000.
