Lease of printing equipment with comprehensive servicing for the Szczecinek County Office

The tender concerns the lease, installation and commissioning of 8 colour and 2 monochrome multifunction devices, together with a print-management system for up to 99 users, comprehensive maintenance, technical support and delivery of consumables. The contract lasts 36 months and covers services for the Szczecinek County Office. The bidder must offer the complete solution in a single tender; partial tenders are not allowed. The equipment must meet detailed technical requirements, including secure card-based authentication, follow-me printing, Active Directory integration, encrypted communications, device monitoring, OCR scanning and reporting. The devices may not be older than 24 months on the tender deadline. Equivalent solutions are permitted, but their compliance must be demonstrated. The calculation uses estimated 36-month volumes of 1,770,000 black-and-white and 800,000 colour A4 pages; an A3 page is charged at twice the A4 rate. The award criteria are price at 60% and equipment age at 40%. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 16 September 2026 at 10:00. A PLN 5,000 tender guarantee is required and must remain valid throughout the 30-day tender-binding period. No separate selection requirements concerning turnover, financial capacity or previous experience are stated, but the tender must include the required declaration, forms, signatures and documents demonstrating technical compliance.
