Delivery of computer sets

Summary

The tender covers the delivery of 30 desktop computer sets and 60 laptop computer sets. Each desktop set includes a tower computer, two 27-inch monitors, a mouse and a keyboard. Each laptop set includes a 16-inch laptop, a 24-inch monitor with an integrated docking station, a bag, a mouse and a keyboard. The bidder must provide warranty service for the computer sets and monitors for at least 60 months from the signing of the delivery acceptance report. The contract performance period is 120 days. The bidder must have completed, during the last five years, or during its entire period of activity if shorter, at least two contracts, each involving the delivery of at least 70 laptops, desktop computers, or computer sets consisting of a laptop and a monitor. Proper performance must be supported by appropriate evidence. The bidder must also be an authorised commercial partner of the manufacturer of the offered computer set. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish. Price carries 70% of the evaluation weight, the number of processor cores 20%, and processor generation 10%. The bid submission deadline is 16 September 2026 at 10:00.
