Summary

The tender concerns the establishment and operation of a network of independent social policy experts supporting the European Commission in the fields of social protection and social inclusion. The services include analytical and comparative reporting on national social policy developments, expert assessments and thematic analyses, policy monitoring, evidence gathering, rapid-response analytical support and secretarial and coordination services for the MISSOC network. The planned contract duration is 48 months: an initial 12-month period, renewable up to three times. Quality accounts for 60% of the evaluation and price for 40%.
