Supply of interactive monitors with accessories for PUZ in Suwalki – Part 2

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of 9 new 75-inch interactive monitors with wall mounts and accessories, plus one wireless image-transmission device for PUZ in Suwalki. The delivery must include technical documentation, warranty documents and on-site training for the contracting authority’s staff. All monitors must be the same model from one manufacturer, manufactured in 2025 or later and sourced through official Polish distribution. The bidder must demonstrate compliance with detailed technical and functional requirements, including 4K resolution, brightness of at least 400 cd/m², 40 touch points in Windows and 20 in Android, Android 13 or later, Google EDLA certification, accessibility functions, wireless presentation, manufacturer applications, MDM integration with Newline Display Management Plus and CE compliance. The bid must include technical descriptions or catalogue materials, an independent blue-light-filter certificate, an independent antibacterial-glass or coating certificate and the other required evidence. A minimum 36-month warranty and warranty liability period is required. The price must include the complete delivery, transport, insurance, warranty repairs and other contract-performance costs. The maximum delivery period is 30 calendar days. Price accounts for 60%, the warranty period for 20% and the delivery period for 20% of the evaluation. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 16 September 2026 at 10:00 and remain binding until 15 October 2026.
