Framework agreement – high-performance computers

Summary

The tender covers a 48-month framework agreement for the supply of GPU-based high-performance computing and storage infrastructure, InfiniBand connections, software, installation, system integration, maintenance and support. The infrastructure is intended for developing and applying artificial intelligence algorithms in computer-assisted pathology. The estimated framework value is EUR 4,000,000 excluding VAT, but the order volume is not guaranteed. Price is the only award criterion and variant tenders are not permitted. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 16 September 2026 at 10:30. The bidder must meet all technical minimum requirements, integrate the systems into the contracting authority’s existing environment and ensure timely delivery, installation and invoicing of the 2026 call-offs by 11 December 2026.
