Summary

The tender covers a framework agreement for the supply and installation of lifts, the renovation or modernisation of existing lifts that have reached the end of their service life, and maintenance of the entire lift fleet. The agreement may also establish conditions for installing lifts in new construction projects. The contractor must be fully authorised, trained and equipped to maintain all lift installations listed in the inventory, regardless of their original manufacturer or control system. The maximum framework value is EUR 29,600,000. Bidders must meet requirements concerning relevant annual turnover of at least EUR 3,000,000, five similar references, insurance, VCA** and ISO 9001:2015 certification, a sufficient team of certified lift technicians, and N1 Class 8 recognition. Electronic invoicing is required.
