Supply of pallet trucks and battery-powered forklift trucks

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of pallet trucks and battery-powered forklift trucks in three lots. Lot 1 covers an electric pallet truck with a width of 1,150 mm and a minimum capacity of 2,000 kg; Lot 2 covers three types of special manual pallet trucks; and Lot 3 covers a battery-powered forklift truck with a minimum lifting capacity of 3 tonnes. Bids may be submitted for all lots. The general delivery period is 75 days from contract signature, but no later than 30 November 2026; if an option is exercised, the relevant part must be delivered within 60 days of notification and also no later than 30 November 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 16 September 2026 at 8:00. A tender guarantee is required: PLN 1,260 for Lot 1, PLN 370 for Lot 2 and PLN 2,580 for Lot 3. Price is the only award criterion for Lots 1 and 2; for Lot 3, price has a 90% weighting and the warranty period has a 10% weighting.
