Supply, installation and commissioning of two passenger lifts in existing lift shafts by the footbridge over Hangarowa Street near the Hangarowa tram stops

The tender concerns the supply, installation and commissioning of two passenger lifts in existing lift shafts in Szczecin, by the footbridge over Hangarowa Street and near the tram stops. The works must be completed within 6 months of signing the contract. The bidder must have completed at least two similar deliveries properly during the previous three years, each with a gross value of at least PLN 200,000. The tender must be submitted electronically by 16 September 2026 at 09:00 and must be accompanied by a bid bond of PLN 8,900. The award criteria are price at 60%, the warranty period at 20%, and the contractual penalty for each day of delay at 20%. The minimum warranty period is 60 months and the minimum daily penalty is 0.5% of the gross lump-sum remuneration. Before signing the contract, the successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the tender price and liability insurance of at least PLN 500,000.
