Establishment of an Occupational Activity Centre in Łącznik and Equipment of the Building with Industrial Laundry Equipment

Summary

The tender covers the complete equipment of the new Occupational Activity Centre laundry in Łącznik, including the supply of machinery, ancillary equipment and industrial chemicals, installation, configuration and commissioning of the laundry equipment, and training of staff designated by the contracting authority. The equipment includes industrial washer-extractors, tumble dryers, roller ironers, an automatic chemical dosing system, carts, containers, shelving and handling tables. The contract must be completed within 2 months of signature. The tenderer must have completed at least one industrial laundry equipment supply worth at least PLN 400,000 net during the previous 3 years. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and the warranty offered above 12 months (40%); the warranty period assessed is 12–36 months. The tender must be submitted by 17 September 2026 at 12:00, and the successful tenderer must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross tender price.
