Supply, installation, commissioning and handover of a complete water recovery, treatment and storage system for meltwater from ice maintenance at Tor-Tor Ice Rink

Summary

The contract covers the supply, installation, connection, commissioning, testing, staff training and handover of a system for recovering, treating, disinfecting, heating and storing water from meltwater generated on both ice surfaces at Tor-Tor Ice Rink. The works must be completed by 30 December 2026. The bidder must have completed, within the last 3 years, at least one reference project worth at least PLN 350,000 gross involving a water treatment system at an ice rink with control automation and mechanical filters. The tender guarantee is PLN 8,000 and the performance security is 5% of the total tender price. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 17 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% of the evaluation weighting and warranty period 40%; the warranty must be at least 36 months and may be up to 72 months.
