Framework agreement for purchasing fuel with fuel cards

Summary

The tender concerns a four-year framework agreement for supplying vehicle fuel through fuel cards. Subject to receiving enough valid tenders, the framework agreement will be concluded with at least two contractors, and no further competition will be held because all terms have been predetermined. Fuel cards will be allocated primarily on the basis of the highest discount and the accessibility of filling stations in relation to employees’ homes and work areas. Participation requires, among other things, annual turnover of at least EUR 5,000,000 per lot, comparable experience, NBN quality certificates and the required filling-station network coverage. Electronic invoicing must be supported.
