Development of a new web-based version of the Sarepta learning tool

Summary

The tender concerns assistance in developing a new web-based version of the Sarepta ICT learning tool for Statped. The solution must transfer key functionality and pedagogical principles from the current Text and Picture Book modules to a modern web application, be published as open-source software, and enable Statped to maintain and further develop it after the assistance ends. Statped intends to contract one supplier. The estimated maximum value of the basic delivery is NOK 2 million excluding VAT; additional development, modules or functions may be ordered later through an amendment agreement.
