Internet Booking System for the Defence Shared Vehicle Fleet

Summary

The tender concerns a SaaS-based internet booking system for the Danish Defence shared vehicle fleet. The supplier must deliver, operate, maintain, support and further develop the application and its infrastructure, including hosting on servers located in Denmark, integration of existing user, fleet, vehicle and booking data, and delivery, installation and operation of electronic car-sharing equipment in the vehicles. The solution must support booking, lending and returning vehicles, self-service access, administration and reporting, high availability, and 24/7 technical support. The initial development and implementation periods may each last no more than six months. The contract runs for 72 months, with up to two 24-month extensions. The system is expected initially to handle up to approximately 5,000 vehicles, with an option to scale to up to 10,000 vehicles. The estimated contract value is EUR 90,000,000, and the submission deadline is 14 September 2026.
