Procurement and management of cloud resources and associated services based on digital sovereignty (cloud broker)

Summary

The tender concerns the provision, availability and management of cloud and sovereign cloud services covering infrastructure (IaaS), platforms (PaaS) and software solutions (SaaS). Services will be offered through a marketplace operated by the cloud service provider or its ecosystem and may include secure and scalable virtual servers, storage, networks, databases, managed services, third-party SaaS solutions on a pay-as-you-go basis, consulting and expert services, CSP training, and usage-based billing. The framework agreement has a minimum value of EUR 10,000,000 and a maximum value of EUR 40,000,000. Its maximum duration is 72 months: an initial 36-month period followed by three possible 12-month renewals. Detailed application requirements must be checked in the procurement consultation rules.
