Insurance contract – statutory risks

Summary

Grenoble Alpes Métropole is procuring insurance services for statutory risks covering permanent and trainee employees affiliated with CNRACL, as well as certain seconded public-sector employees, provided that the authority bears the statutory risk costs. IRCANTEC personnel are excluded. The contract is planned for 1 January 2027 to 3 January 2028 and may be renewed under the tender documents. Offers must be submitted electronically by 15 September 2026 at 12:00. The technical value and price each account for 50% of the evaluation. Applicants must provide the required insurance authorisations, financial information, professional-risk coverage or equivalent evidence, and references. The contract uses fixed prices; an advance payment may be made subject to a first-demand guarantee.
