Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm that it is not subject to a restriction imposed by the contracting authority based on the bidder’s place of establishment or residence that would prevent it from submitting a tender or request to participate. Such a restriction may allow participation only by undertakings from certain countries or give undertakings from those countries an advantage. The bidder must provide the relevant response and, where applicable, the electronic source details, including the URL, code and issuing authority.
