Summary

EDA – Electricidade dos Açores is procuring data centre maintenance and support services as a single lot for 37 months, comprising 36 months of service delivery and a one-month handover phase. The work covers management and monitoring of physical and logical infrastructure, capacity planning and assessment of the scalability of systems and applications, and identifying hardware and licensing needs. It also includes day-to-day infrastructure operations and the management of incidents, problems and changes.
