Maintenance and repair of air-conditioning systems at SICCAP and critical Air Force units – 2026
Summary
The tender covers maintenance, repair and technical support for heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems at the Air Force’s SICCAP and critical units over a 365-day period. The work includes scheduled preventive maintenance at the specified locations; repairs during and outside normal working hours; call-outs at any time and on any day of the week; supply of spare parts and materials; installation of new equipment; and technical inspections, level 2 maintenance and control-software updates for chillers. The contractor must keep the systems operational for at least 95% of operating time, arrange selective collection and compliant disposal of resulting waste, and observe occupational health and safety requirements. The bid must price every item in the schedule; the base price may not exceed EUR 139,990 excluding VAT, and the corrective-maintenance and materials line is fixed at EUR 20,000 excluding VAT. Price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically by 13 October 2026 at 23:00 and remain valid for 66 days. Tenderers must provide a service-organisation plan, details of regional teams and staff with evidence of technical qualifications, and an inventory of equipment, vehicles and tools with calibration certificates. The successful tenderer must, among other things, provide a NATO CONFIDENTIAL security clearance and company certificates to NP EN ISO 9001 and NP EN ISO 14001.
