Summary

The tender covers a complete telecommunications solution for the Municipality of Figueira da Foz: fixed and mobile voice, data services, internet, SMS, VoIP, VPN networking, public WiFi, cloud services, M2M and education communications, together with the related equipment and maintenance. The initial contract term is 12 months and may be extended through up to two renewals to a maximum of 36 months. The estimated maximum value is EUR 497,558.16 excluding VAT. The bidder must submit a detailed technical solution, an implementation schedule, the total 36-month price and monthly price, the European Single Procurement Document, and the required company and signing-authority documents. The solution must meet demanding fibre, VPN, VoIP, mobile, WiFi, cloud and service-level requirements, including Tier III, ISO 20000-1 and ISO 27001 evidence for the cloud service. Price accounts for 70% of the evaluation and the implementation schedule for 30%.
