Supply, installation and implementation of e-services software with deployment of an electronic seal

Summary

The Myślenice County Office is procuring an integrated supply, installation and implementation of e-services software, a qualified electronic seal and back-office software to automate e-service processes. The scope covers four level-5 services: applications to update land and building register data, requests for professional access rights to e-service accounts, requests for access to public registers, and upgrading the bailiff service from maturity level 4 to level 5. The contract also includes user training, guidance materials for external users, a software licence, warranty and technical support. The solution must be installed in the contracting authority’s local infrastructure and delivered within 90 days of contract signature. The procurement is not divided into lots.
