Reconstruction, vertical extension and expansion of the Cultural, Sports and Recreation Centre in Niedrzwica Duża, with construction of a protective shelter

Summary

The Municipality of Niedrzwica Duża is procuring construction works to reconstruct, extend and add a storey to its Cultural, Sports and Recreation Centre, together with a protective shelter and site development. The single, indivisible contract covers three work packages: construction of the shelter and associated works at basement and ground-floor level; refurbishment of the first floor; and reconstruction, vertical extension and expansion of the second floor. Works include structural and finishing work, electrical, sanitary and telecommunications installations, lifts, equipment, and a photovoltaic installation of at least 44.40 kWp on the second floor.
