Construction of a multi-family residential building in Biecz

KZN SIM Tarnów is procuring the construction of a multi-family residential building for social housing on plot 939/97 in Biecz. The building will have 36 apartments, including four adapted for people with disabilities, four above-ground floors and one underground floor, with a garage, lifts, green space and a public recreation area. The works include the building and its access routes, landscaping and utility connections and installations, including heating, ventilation, water, sewage, gas, electrical systems and photovoltaic panels; the contractor must also obtain the occupancy permit or submit the completion notification.
