The Krasocin Municipal Health Care Centre is procuring design and construction works to renovate the ground-floor primary care section of its health centre at 1 Maja 8 in Krasocin. The scope covers 356.29 m², with the layout changing from 30 existing rooms to 29, and includes design documentation, building and finishing works, replacement of sanitary, heating, ventilation, electrical and telecommunications installations, and accessibility improvements. The works include a server room, wireless network and video surveillance system; the commercial section, boiler room, heat source, façade and general roof renovation are outside the scope. The procurement is not divided into lots.
