Energy-efficiency renovation of the Tax Office building in Prudnik

Summary

The Opole Tax Administration Chamber is procuring a single, indivisible package of construction and installation works to improve the energy efficiency of the Tax Office building at Kopernika 1A in Prudnik. The works include insulating the external walls, roof and basement ceiling; replacing windows and doors; upgrading electrical, lighting and heating controls; and installing a 33.04 kW photovoltaic system with a 45 kWh energy-storage system. The scope also includes a 20 m² green wall, accessibility markings, removal and reinstatement of affected external equipment, finishing and waste-management works. The procurement is not divided into lots.
