Summary

The Siemiatycze District Road Authority is procuring Stage I construction works for a 10,000 m² dual-use civil protection and civil defence storage site in Klukowo, intended for emergency supplies and military reserve storage. The works include site preparation and earthworks, sand and aggregate layers, ground reinforcement, fencing and gates, a low-voltage cable network, LED lighting and motion-detection CCTV. The procurement is a single, indivisible contract; the technical documentation also covers a later Stage II, but that stage is planned for subsequent years.
